Changes to Subprocessors

We may add, replace, or remove subprocessors from time to time.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not require separate consent before adding or replacing subprocessors. We will maintain an up-to-date list of subprocessors on this page and will provide notice of material new or replacement subprocessors by updating this page or by another reasonable method. Group Owners are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

Where required by applicable law, our Data Processing Addendum, or an applicable customer agreement, Group Owners will have a reasonable opportunity to object to a new or replacement subprocessor before it begins processing Personal Data on their behalf.

If you object to a new or replacement subprocessor, you may contact us at [email protected]. We will work with you in good faith to address the concern, which may include disabling the affected feature, offering a reasonable alternative where available, or allowing termination of the affected Services where required by applicable law or contract.
